Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in activities at Greatroom involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

Release of Liability

I hereby release Greatroom, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all liability for injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during my visit or my child's visit to the facility.

Photo/Video Consent

I consent to the use of photographs or videos taken during my visit for promotional purposes.

Rules Agreement

I agree to follow all posted rules and staff instructions. I understand that failure to comply may result in removal from the facility without refund.
